Mt. Mansfield Academy Privacy Policy:

If you make a purchase on mmsca.org, any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency. We do, of course, ask you for certain kinds of personal information in order to provide the services you request. Several of our optional services and functions do use cookies. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about how we keep your personal information safe and secure.

How We Use Cookies:
Cookies will be used to allow the customer to retrieve a previous order and to automatically populate the order form with the values that were used in previous orders. Types of personal information we may gather:

When you make any purchase, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information.

Ski Service:
Ski service orders will be completed in 3-5 business days based on volume.

Ski Service Refund Policy:
Payment for ski service is nonrefundable. However, if a equipment is damaged, MMSCA may refund the cost of the service but MMSCA will not be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the equipment.

Athletic Program Refund Policy:
If an athlete withdraws from their program due to a significant injury or illness, a partial refund will be given in the based upon the following percentages:

Before program begins = 95% refund
After program begins = 50% refund
After January 1 = No refund

Anyone requesting a refund must provide a written letter signed by the athlete’s attending physician. No refund will be issued without a physician’s letter. If an athlete withdraws for any reason other than a significant injury or illness, no refund will be given. Any athlete who is expelled for any reason shall not be entitled to any refund.

Academic Program Refund Policy:
The $5,000 Academy Registration Deposit is non-refundable. If a student withdraws from the Academy due to a significant injury or illness, a partial refund, less the initial deposit, will be given in the following percentages:

Before Scheduled Start of Program = 100% refund less deposit
On or before December 15 = 50% refund
After December 15 = No Refund
