Summer Dryland Camp

MMSCA is pleased to announce we are offering a 9-week summer camp for U12 athletes and older, beginning late-June running to mid-August. This camp will include 3 week strength training periods, followed by 1 week of indoor ski training at Big Snow, in New Jersey.
The focus and goals of our Summer Camp are to develop the foundation of strength and conditioning through periodized sessions of strength development by utilizing gym workouts, cardio sessions spent mountain biking and trail running, as well as regular educational work in nutrition, sport psychology. We will dive deep into the fundamentals of skiing with detailed discussions, and guest speakers.
